Slowdown your Startup with Space
By Todd | March 28, 2007
I found a good post from Matt McCall at VC Confidential (Chicago-based) via FoneShow’s blog about how office space slows down and financially hurts startups. As entreprenuers we’re 90% optimists, so we should/have to admit our optimist view on our “baby.” Too many startups have died due to the lack of managing growth and signing a big lease ($ or sq ft) is a good way to start the decline.
Matt cites six short pitfalls of startups and pitfalls. My favorite is the ‘Overestimating Future Space Needs.’ We’ve all seen it and some of us have done it. Check out his other five tips as a quick guide or refresher.
