Another resource for entrepreneurs

Om Malik, blogger at GigaOM and the founder of the GigaOM network, has launched a new blog as another resource for entrepreneurs. Found+READ is a blog that speaks from the entrepreneur’s point of view, the problems that startups experience, and the solutions to everyday business problems. Om himself is an entrepreneur and has been through the ups and downs of launching a web publishing and content company.
What inspired Malik to launch this service? In his own words…
Mulling over this for a few days, it dawned upon me, that the lessons I am learning, thousands have learnt before, and might actually have a wider (and better) perspective on trials and tribulations of being a founder of a business.
He makes a great point that many problems that startups face are not unique to growing a business, but often entrepreneurs feel these problems for the first time. And part of being an entrepreneur means that you are in charge, and learning to deal with these issues on your own can be difficult. A blog that speaks to these entrepreneurs is an excellent resource for startups everywhere.
