ReLaunch of JobThread.com - NYC
By Rob | April 30, 2007
Launching a startup is hard enough. Launching a startup in the ultracompetitive online job search industry is madness. Eric Yoon and Jason Wies rose to the challenge almost two years ago when they launched JobThread. The initial version was a learning experience, and now the pair has relaunched the site with new features like EasyPost. The goal of EasyPost is to take some of the guesswork out of posting jobs to blogs, by providing packages that target certain types of readers across a range of niche sites. Posting can be done in 3 easy steps, and rates are based on the ever popular freemium pricing model.
We don’t have enough information to give Jobthread a full Outside the Valley score, but being based in New York, using existing technology and most likely being boostrapped, the company would probably score pretty high.
