DealMaadi - Shopping Deals For India

Websites that let you shop for deals have been all the rage for several years now. In typical web fashion, what become popular through aggregation is now finding new audiences by niching back out. DealMaddi is a shopping service for India, where users can vote on deals. With no page rank, it must be relatively new.
I share the same questions as KillerStartups. Can this site attract the audience it needs to turn a profit? I don’t know enough about Indian web usage to make a guess.
